Questions, answered

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up free, create an app, get an API key and see your first session in under a minute. No card, no sales call — the free tier is the trial.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

Nothing breaks and there are no surprise overage fees. When you pass your monthly event quota we start sampling — you keep collecting data at a reduced rate and a banner suggests upgrading. You choose to move up; we never auto-upgrade you.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Anytime, one click from billing settings. Plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Annual plans are pro-rated on downgrade within the first 14 days.
